You can book an appointment for a procedure at the spa reception. Free changes to a booked appointment are accepted up to one day in advance. If a procedure is booked and canceled up to 4 hours before the start time, 50% of the cost of the service is charged. In case of cancellation less than 4 hours before the start of the procedure or in case of no-show, 100% of the service value is charged.
