Accommodation Policy
Adherence to hotel policy ensures a peaceful and safe stay for all guests
- Registration and check-in of each guest is upon presentation of an identity document. Only registered guests can check-in and are allowed in the hotel rooms.
- Upon check-in, guests are issued with a hotel passport and a room access card, which serve as identification during their stay.
- Check-in: after 15:00.
- Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.
- Early check-in (after 10:00 AM) and late check-out (until 4:00 PM) are available upon request, upon prior arrangement with Reception, and a surcharge may apply.
- Hotel Atmosphere reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons who are visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, as well as in cases of aggressive behavior or gross violation of generally accepted norms of behavior.
- The rooms are cleaned every day from 9:00 until 16:00.
- Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms and indoors. The hotel has smoke detectors that activate an audible alarm. Violation is subject to a fine of €100 / 195.58 BGN. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and in designated areas.
- Electricity in the rooms is activated via the hotel card inserted in the energy saving device.
- Keep money and valuables in the in-room safe. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are not stored responsibly.
- Rooms must be kept clean and equipment used for its intended purpose.
- It is prohibited to bring food and drinks into or out of the restaurants or bars. The removal of hotel property is not permitted.
- The hotel may charge guests for damages caused intentionally or negligently. Guests will be notified and charged according to the valid price list.
- Silence is mandatory from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests.
- Welcoming guests is allowed in the hotel’s lobby, restaurant and bars.
- It is prohibited to bring bicycles, mopeds, bulky objects and dangerous substances into the hotel premises.
- Forgotten items are stored for up to 6 months and are handed over upon request.
- Pets up to 5 kg are allowed for a fee of €30 / BGN 58.67 per night. They are not allowed in the common areas, restaurants, bars, SPA and conference rooms. They are only allowed to walk outside the hotel.
- Parking is not permitted at the entrance and exit of the hotel or in a manner that blocks traffic.
- In case of emergency, please contact Reception (extension 9).
- If you violate the rules, you may be asked to leave the hotel and/or pay for any damages caused.
